How do you provide Support?

We will provide support and bugfix services via support tickets system on the products’ pages, Monday – Friday, 9 am - 5 pm GMT+3 (4 am -12 pm EST). To request support services, please submit a ticket in the Support tab on the product in question.

Yea I don't really feel comfortable giving you guys the login information for our companies website. How about a plain support system that doesn't require that information.

Answer: admin and ftp access details are not required fields so you can submit a ticket without this information.
